The Threads of Fate AU technically starts with the Limsa beginning, but I'd like to imagine that they still had a fair amount of contact with the other two branches' Scions anyway.

Work
Was he obligated to do mercenary work for Sett, including Brayflox's Longstep? Yes.Did he enjoy that work, or even tolerate it very well?...I'll let this image say the rest.

Duality
His softer side emerges almost exclusively when he's alone with Themis. On the other hand, his irritable, easily-enraged side is VERY easy to see, as seen by this unfortunate fan of his Arcadion performances who happened to say one wrong word.
05.
Harmony
After the events of Shadowbringers, Deimos and Phobos are much more intrinsically linked. In the modern era, they fight in almost complete harmony, their wills and thoughts aligned.

Free Space
Who would have ever thought Deimos to have a soft side? Certainly no one that's met him in the last 30 years. And yet, with his daughter Scylla..Overprotective he may be (because of trauma), but she's brought out a side of him he thought long dead.

Echo
P11 broke Deimos in a lot of ways. An echo of a fight that took everything from him, an echo of the lover he so desperately wanted back.With Themis at stake, was it any wonder he turned on the party? How could he kill him again, knowingly this time?

Mirage
Even with the Light's corruption threatening to overtake him, the gunshot was enough for Deimos to leap forward and latch onto Emet-Selch, following him to Amaurot. With the stage not yet fully set, he was given a Shade to occupy his attention..

Pressure
Exhausted and worn-to-the-bone, Deimos barely noticed the Imperial presence as Aurora led him through the city, Ares in his arms. As they rounded the corner out of an alley, he had no way of knowing what waited.

Bad End
(Non-Canon Timeline Divergence AU)
In another universe, Deimos didn't have friends to quite literally pull him from the fire, and fought Ultima Weapon to the death.....and this is why he really can't be a solo WoL.

Twilight
While not fond of port cities, so long as they kept far enough from the harbor, Deimos was quite content to share countless beautiful skies with Themis.

Embrace
Seeing Themis forget him at the end of Elpis broke Deimos, and being powerless to stop him from fading during Pandaemonium's modern resurgence cemented his mind. When given the power to summon allies...It was not only Hythlodaeus and Emet-Selch that returned.
13.
Autumn
With Autumn comes All Saint's Wake, and with that apparently comes ridiculous costumes that Deimos still isn't quite sure how Themis convinced him to wear.
14.
Favourite Duty
(My favourite duty OOCly, that is, not his ICly.)Deimos absolutely HATED Ktisis. With Hermes splitting the party up from their ancient allies, Deimos practically lost it, running full sprint to try to find a way to Themis before he could be hurt.

Alternate Universe

Maybe there's a universe out there where Aurora didn't die, Elidibus didn't return to his duty, and the two lived their lives in peace and happiness.It's not this one. :)

Touch
From the moment he held Scylla in his arms, he swore nothing would ever happen to her. Overprotective and overbearing as he may be, there are still little, soft moments like this that would be touching -- if he ever allowed anyone to see them.

Feral
(Non-Canon Timeline Divergence AU)
In an alternate universe, Deimos didn't become a WoL and instead ended up fighting using both weapons and a feral soul in the Arcadion.
18.
Refuge
Even the most effective of assassins must still respect the ferocity of Garlean blizzards. Hate it as he might, from time to time, Deimos has to seek refuge within a cave.

Shatter
(Continuation to 09: Pressure)
One shot to break Deimos from his exhausted stupor. A second shot to shatter his heart, his life into pieces. Everything gone in a single instant, the pieces impossible to recover.

Bunny
(Continuation to 09: Pressure and 19: Shatter)
"Bunny" was what the Garlean soldier called him as she took his eye from him and then so much more, cementing his hatred of Garleans and distrust of women for life.

Benefits
Emet-Selch knew better than to show up around Deimos as a Garlean, instead using the form of a Viera. And when the Light became too hard to bear... He offered a distraction. Enemies with benefits -- and to even his own shock, Deimos accepted.
22.
Forsake
After the banquet the shattered the Scions, Deimos left, for without Sett's fortune to pay him, there was surely nothing left to tie him to the remaining fragments of the group. Better to not think about those who had called him friend....

Solo
Especially whenever near imperial soldiers, Deimos has a bad habit of wandering off solo to fight on his own where no one can hold him back or stop him.
24.
Hold
Though he couldn't bring himself to allow Themis to carry Scylla in public, in the privacy of their room... There, and there alone, could Themis hold her without Deimos panicking and thinking back to Aurora and Ares.
25.
Trail
Once reunited with Themis, Deimos tends to have an extremely active libido, and while he tends to skip straight to the main event, every so often he takes the time to trail his fingers along his lover's body and tease him mercilessly.
26.
Quiescent
Scylla or him: that was no choice at all for who would take the attack. Hastily throwing his daughter to safety, Deimos was struck full-force by the lightning trap, and ended up paralyzed and incapacitated for months after.
27.
Free Space
After his defeat and knowing he was going to be leaving Deimos again for the fourth time, Themis clutched Deimos tightly to him in his transformed state, pressing kiss after kiss against his love to make the most of every moment they had left.
28.
Favourite Job
A soulstone and scythe still stained with the blood of the Reaper that had taught him everything he knew...Reaper's weapons. Garlean weapons.. He would take them both and turn them against Garlemald, becoming something truly to be feared.
29.
Secret
(Continuation to 28: Favourite Job)
The voidsent offered him his sight back, and power unlike anything he had ever known. Desperate to make a difference, Deimos accepted--Even losing his eye was nothing compared to the horrific pain of the voidsent's eye being forced upon him.
30.
Farewell
So many plans. He would bring Themis back to the future. He would make Themis forsake his duties as Elidibus. He would refuse to leave and stay in the past forever.So many plans, and Hermes ruined them all.He had to be forcibly dragged home.
